It is the policy of the governing body of the City of Roswell and the CVB Management LLC to give priority to the scheduling of the Roswell Convention and Civic Center (RCCC) for those events that will bring visitors into the area. Conventions are of prime concern and importance to the city and will be scheduled long periods in advance.
This page is provided to assist you when using the RCCC.
Read the General Policy and the Rate Schedule. Print for your reference.
Contact the RCCC to make a tentative reservation and make sure the desired date(s) are available.
A letter formally requesting the reservation of the RCCC, Plaza (and/or both) and the reason for such request, must be submitted to the RCCC within five days after the tentative reservation is made.

If you would like to have liquor services, there is a forty (40) day notice required.
The Guidelines for Facility Use provides users with a checklist of items that must be complied with to insure that the center is in the same condition after an event as before an event. Print and keep for reference.
